British rock group Bush is not coming to El Paso after all.
Speaking Rock announced the free show last week on their social media accounts. However, the band’s guitarist, Chris Traynor, claimed he wasn’t sure what they were talking about.
Don’t know anything about this.

“Don’t know anything about this,” he tweeted shortly after the announcement on January 4, causing several fans to call El Paso 411 to verify the event. Some of the fans, such as Kris Hughes say they were planning a 22-hour drive for the show. Today, officials at Speaking Rock say the event will not happen.
“Due to Bush’s unprofessional management and scheduling the show on January 27, 2018 is officially canceled,” read a statement. “We are sorry for any confusion.”
In a follow-up post, Speaking Rock said the band themselves were not to blame.
“We also want to make sure that everyone knows it was not Bush themselves but their booking management team that we were, and still are, frustrated with. It rarely happens, but as with every live event anything can go wrong at any time.”
Speaking Rock has been known for hosting free concerts with big-name artists for several years. No other replacement event has been announced.
