Horizon City is kicking off their Holiday celebrations with the official Christmas parade Saturday, December 2 at 10 a.m.

The parade kicks off at Ryderwood Street and continues through Darrington Road to Horizon Blvd. and ends at South Kenazo Ave. Residents are invited to show up early and bring some hot chocolate and blankets to stay warm. The parade is coordinated by the Eastlake Lions Club.

Horizon City will also host their tree lighting ceremony on Friday, December 1 at 7 p.m., float judging will be at 6 p.m. at Corky Corcoran Park, a presentation will also be held at the Oz Glaze Senior Center. All of the activities are free and open to the public.
