Thousands of El Pasoans are preparing to head out on the town on October 31 in what is anticipated to be one of the largest trick or treating turnouts ever for the city of El Paso. Trick-or-Treating begins at 6 p.m. in El Paso, and usually ends around 8:30-9 p.m. on Halloween.
