It took fifteen semis, three days of construction, 100 traveling crew, and nearly 500 people to put it all together… tonight, the party comes to life when Guns N’ Roses steps onto their massive stage at UTEP’s Sun Bowl Stadium at 8:30 p.m.

There will be plenty of free parking available on the UTEP campus. The orange shows where. Paid parking is in red. If you’re getting dropped off, look for the green area in the map. Reserved ADA is in blue.

Safety Regulations

Safety Regulations – Strobe lights will be used. Due to concerns about the safety and welfare of beloved fans, a zero tolerance policy will be enforced for any aggression, surfing, and moshing. No standing on chairs, people are allowed to stand in front of their chairs and dance. All aisles must be clear at all times.

Venue & Event Facts

Gate lines begin at 3 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m. Early entry/VIP Red Carpet: 5:30 p.m. VIP: 5:00 p.m. No camping at the venue. The public is encouraged to enter the stadium via the North Gate for shorter wait times. (Lot P-9/Glory Road and Sun Bowl Drive) Show starts at 7 p.m.

Prohibited Items

Weapons, outside food, and drinks, laser pointers, flashlights, air horns, video cameras, iPad/tablets, beach balls, inflatables, balloons, frisbees, blankets, chairs, scooters, selfie sticks, strollers, camera tripods, Go Pro’s, skateboards, and anything deemed dangerous by event management.


Signs larger than 22″ x 28″ are not allowed into the stadium. May not be on sticks or poles or contain inappropriate content.


No Video or Audio recorders allowed. No cameras with a lens that is larger than the face of a regular watch (40mm) are allowed. No Go Pro’s No Selfie Sticks, No Tablets. If found, guest will be asked to put it away or it will be confiscated. Click Clack type film cameras are allowed as are mobile cell phone and smart phones. The camera must fit in the palm of your hand.

Bags, purses, and backpacks smaller than 11″ x 17″ are allowed.

Gift policy

Bringing gifts is highly discouraged and will not be allowed into the building. No gifts/items are to be thrown onto the stage.


Pick up will call tickets asap. To pick up, bring the credit card, ID with matching name on the account. If your ticket is lost or damaged, please call University Ticket Center, 915-747-5234

Fan Recommendations

Drink a lot of water. Eat and drink before you arrive at the stadium. Make sure cell phone is charged. For ADA services call 915-747-5148
