It’s taken him a while, but he’s finally here.
With just a few months remaining in his term, El Paso Mayor Oscar Lesser is beginning to look a little more like a…. Mayor. Aside from that super-duper comfortable chair we see him filling in every Tuesday morning, we don’t really hear from this guy, except for when he’s playing referee between city reps or he’s violating our trust by meeting in secret about the future plans of our city (there’s an open investigation,) or his wife is jumping an ex-city rep at a restaurant.
But recently, Leeser did something different. He asked questions and stood up for the people of El Paso, and as a result, we saved $44 million. Thank’s Oscar, but please, don’t run for Congress.
