It’s a sight that few get to see. El Paso and Juarez late at night – 40,000 feet in the sky.
This single image captures our entire community, 2.4 million people at sleep. The bright ribbon that bisects the area is the border between the two cities. The densely lit area in the top of the photo is Juarez, while El Paso gleams through the darkness at the bottom. The photo was taken by John Wise, a photographer and traveler that was flying through town.
