Lions, tigers and bears – oh my! (I had to do it.)
Boo at the Zoo returns Saturday, October 24 through Sunday, October 25 at the El Paso Zoo, 4001 E. Paisano. The family friendly event will feature El Paso’s wildest trick-or-treat in town. Guests are encouraged to wear their costumes. Tons of activities include pumpkin smashing, where animals will enjoy pumpkin enrichment treats as they celebrate the fun with guests, a creepy crawly glow in the dark bug room with, you guessed it… creepy bugs.
Plus, a haunted house (kid friendly) filled with alligators, a Halloween maze and Zoo-rassic Park, where you’ll discover dinosaurs when you dig into the past at the park.
Admission to the event is included with a regular ticket to enter the zoo; $7.50 for ages 3 to 12, $12 for ages 13 to to 59, $9 for 60+ and active military and spouse with ID. Guests can also skip the lines and purchase their tickets in advance any day before October 23. During the event weekend there will be a special window designated for advance ticket holders, so you can skip the lines.
