You better El Paso Up.
Four words that are beginning to appear on advertisements and promotional material for the City of El Paso. But what does it mean? “If you don’t know a vinegaroon from a macaroon or a raspa from a relleno … you better El Paso up,” says a visitor guide on TourTexas.com. The marketing campaign is spearheaded by Visit El Paso, the city’s convention and visitors bureau. The slogan is currently being advertised on online and print media throughout the nation.
