Coronado High basketball manager Mitchell Marcus and Franklin High basketball player Jonathon Montanez will be on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week.

The two spent their weekend in Los Angeles and will film a segment on the show today, according to officials at the El Paso Independent School District. Montanez and Marcus were invited to Los Angeles by famous Hollywood publicist Scooter Braun after a CBS story on their rivalry game aired nationally.

On Sunday, the two were given court-side tickets to see the Clippers-OKC Thunder game at the Staples Center. They also got to meet NBA stars Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, among others.

Monday morning the two were set to film with Ellen Degeneres. “On our way to film for Ellen @rmitchellmarcus #nervous,” tweeted Montanez.

The show will air 4 p.m. Tuesday on NBC.
